Can I use your work for personal use?
Chances are yes, but please don't assume.  I have broken down my Terms Of Use. So please read before you decide to help yourself.

1. No work is permitted without my written permission. If permission is granted all works MUST have ©Swt MeloDe or ©Denise Pauline & used with permission as well as a link back to www.swtmelode.com on the graphic itself. No Exceptions. Please do not use Deviant Art URL, Renderosity URL or any other gallery URL I may be at. If you are in a group & the  group has issues with links then you can omit. 

2. My work is to be used for Non-Commercial purposes only unless purchased through my on-line store (click link above).

2. Absolutely no Email Stationery and/or brushes are to be created using my work. So please don't ask.

3. Please do NOT take images from print stores (ie: Cafepress, Zazzles, etc.) or on this site. You are welcome to take the images at Deviant Art, Renderosity, & Artzone. If you see a watermark on the image it simply means you CANNOT use it for Free . It is a Pay-To-Use image & must purchased at my store or it simply means you cannot use at all. All images that are purchased in my store can be used on your personal & commercial projects with few restrictions. Any questions regarding this just ask me :) 

4. If you are a "Tube" site (ie: smith's freetubes.com)  that allows people to d/l them for the hell of it, permission will be denied. This does NOT represent tag groups.

5. Please do not combine my work with the work of other artists.

All of the above mentioned applies only to those that ask permission. Anyone who uses my work without my consent I will ask you to remove it.

I Purchased images from your store. How do I give you proper credit?
Once an image is purchased you will see a "Read Me" file that contains License Agreement & Terms. I expect buyers to respect what is written & all else I leave to ones discretion.  To give you an idea if you are still unsure & makes you feel more confident, I have seen some add PTU ©SwtMeloDe on signature tags. As for Web Designers I have seem them add a little note on the set where they could find the image, or my banner on a resource page. All creations made from these paid images may be used commercially (profit use-such as web templates, signature tags, banners, stationary, etc.) This only applies to PAID IMAGES. Permission images read above.


I belong to a PSP tutorial/tag group site, may I use your work? (MSN, Yahoo, etc.)
Manager of the group should contact me. Please include your group name & URL. If you are a private group you will grant me permission to join so I can look around before I respond. If access is not granted permission will be denied & I will not respond to your email. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I like seeing how one will use my work. If approved my work may only be shared within that group. If by chance you belong to another group where I have granted permission you may share there as well but ONLY if group permission is granted.  Also feel free to create something for me & return I will be post it on this site & link back to your group :)

Can I use your work on MySpace & other similar sites?
Above terms & rules apply. Also being I do have a page as well I will also add you to my friends list once approved.

Independent Web Designers
At this time I have a selected few who are allow exclusive use of my work for web designing both non-commercial & commercial. I wish to keep it that way until further notice, so please don't ask. However you are more than welcome to check out my store where I have images available for purchase which can be used on your personal & commercial projects

Can I License a particular image for commercial use?

Do you do commissions or take requests?
Yes... Commissions are available at a reasonable price.
Yes... Requests are wonderful & help me when my Muse decides to take a vacation. Only please keep in mind not all requests can be fulfilled as well as answered & a request does not mean that the image is made exclusively for you. It is merely an idea that you have given me to share with those who view my work.
